If Any of those are you, or something like them, take four minutes and find out why.

I'm not going to tell you what's wrong with you. I've never met you and I haven't examined you. What I can do is walk you through the same four things I'd ask in my office, and let you look at your own answers.
Part one of four
Answer for how things have generally been, not for your worst day. Yes or no, whichever is closer.
Part two of four
List every impact you can remember and the year, near enough. Car crashes. Falls off horses, ladders, bikes. Sports. A hard landing you laughed about at the time.
If you can't remember any, leave it empty and keep going. That's a real answer too.
Part three of four
Name three things you used to do and don't anymore. Be specific. Not "exercise."
Score each one for how it is today. Zero means you can't do it at all. Ten means you do it the way you did before.
Part four of four
Four quick ones about those three.
That's all four
Your results are on the next page either way. If you put in an email I'll send you a copy of what you wrote, along with the one-page setup sheet.
Where your screen goes, how high your pillow should be, what to do with your arms in the car, and the two positions that cost most people the most. None of it is exercise. All of it is things you can change tonight.
What you wrote
This is not a diagnosis and it is not medical advice. Nobody examined you. It is a structured way of looking at your own answers, and it can be wrong. If you have new or worsening symptoms, or anything that came on fast, see somebody in person.
Your answers are held in this browser so the next page can show them back to you. Nothing reaches me unless you enter your email.

In the mystical realm of possibility, venture forth and unfurl the cosmic tapestry. Gaze upon every nuance, every shade that dances before your eyes.
Take the cosmic stage, embrace the celestial choreography of creation.
